The Curriculum includes weekly group sessions based on topics:
 
Month 1 - Know Thyself 
 
As a leader, you need to know your strengths and your blind spots. Each person is individual and requires a different kind of process. At Charlie Box we will personalize your experience while all going through the same process of getting know ourselves as leaders in a safe, non-judgement free zone. 
 
Week 1 - Building Psychological Safety on Teams 
Week 2 - CliftonStrengths 
Week 3 - Your Weather Patterns 
Week 4 - Identifying your Blind Spots 
 
Month 2 - A Leader's Responsibility 
 
Every single leader has a responsibility to their team. The main cornerstones to being a good leader as defined by Charlie Box is that you do not micromanage your team. You fundamentally believe in the talent and believe in them. Your job is to discover that superpower and bring it light for the benefit of all. You will learn how to speak truth to power as you navigate the rough waters of pleasing the leaders above you. At the end of the day, you must commit to putting your team above your own ambition.

Month 3 - Change Agility 
 
The external workplace is getting faster and there is only evidence it will get faster with the rate of AI and technology. We will explore how to keep nimble in an ever-changing environment. Focussing on what you can control and letting go of what you cannot. We will explore how to manager the pace of change, crisis management, and keeping your team motivated and all make it out alive.  
 
Week 1 - Understanding Change Management 101
Week 2 - Problem-solving 
Week 3 - Decision-making (Thinking in Bets)
Week 4 - Your Mantra 
 
After the completion of the program there is an option to receive a Charlie Box Leader Certification that certifies you as a person who puts others above themselves, that commits to combating toxic corporate cultures, and believing we can do good while working for others.  The requirements would be: 
 
1 - commitment
2 - interviews by all of the people who report to you
3 - coaching feedback session on results 
 
If you pass, you get certified. *The certification would cost an additional fee of $1499.
